Inverter synergy welder DIGIMIG 225GDS Synergic DIGIMIG 225GDS welder is the most innovative device on the Polish market for manual welding of steel and non-ferrous metals by MIG/MAG, MMA (shielded electrode) and Lift TIG methods. The device is aimed at professionals who value high quality and reliability. It can also be used for soldering thin (up to 3 mm) galvanized sheets. Thanks to the change of polarity, the device allows to weld with the MIG/MAG method using both standard shielded wires and self-consuming powdered wires. The welder allows you to connect a Spool Gun (SG) holder with a mini wire feeder mounted in it and a D100 spool of steel or colored wire, so you can weld with two different wires without having to refit the machine. The digital control allows full adjustment of parameters, arc dynamics, characteristics and manual or synergistic mode in the MIG/MAG method. The welder's use of synergistic settings for ordinary and stainless steel, as well as AlMg5 and AlSi5 aluminum alloys greatly simplifies its operation and allows use by people with less experience and hobbyists. In MMA mode, ARC FORCE, HOT START and VRD can be adjusted and disabled. The device has a memory of the last setting, that is, when it is turned off and turned on again, the last set parameters are restored, and it can store 40 sets of settings (10 for each welding method + 10 for MIG/MAG manual mode settings) with a separate program number display. An abbreviated welder's guide has been placed on the inside of the spool chamber cover to facilitate the day-to-day operation of the device.
