Digitec DIGIMIG 300 Pulse/4R welder Synergic DIGIMIG 300 Pulse welder is an innovative device for manual welding of steel and non-ferrous metals by MIG/MAG, MMA (shielded electrode) and Lift TIG methods. It can also be used for brazing thin (up to 3 mm) galvanized sheets. The welder allows connection of a Spool Gun (SG) type holder. The digital control allows full adjustment of parameters, arc dynamics, characteristics and manual or synergistic mode in the MIG/MAG method. The welder's use of synergistic settings for ordinary steel, stainless steel and aluminum alloys greatly simplifies its operation and allows use by people with less experience and hobbyists. The use of pulse or double pulse makes it possible to achieve better weld quality, high aesthetics with very high productivity. The device can be used to weld using standard MMA or MMA with pulsation, which allows for higher weld quality. In MMA, ARC FORCE, HOT START, and VRD can be adjusted and disabled. The DIGIMIG 300 Pulse allows TIG welding with DC pulsation along with adjustment of pulse characteristics. The welder allows the use of several operating modes including a spot welding option. The device has a memory of the last setting, that is, when it is turned off and turned on again, the last set parameters are restored. It is also possible to store 35 sets of settings with easy access to save/restore program mode. On the inside of the spool compartment cover, there is an abbreviated welder's guide for easy day-to-day operation of the device with a detailed description of how to access the adjustable operating parameters. The welder is equipped with a unique 4m-long MIG chuck with a knob in the handle for remote adjustment of welding voltage/current during synergy operation. A practical MIG handle rack on the unit's housing facilitates workstation organization and welder storage. Additional Al rollers and a Teflon cartridge in the standard equipment make the device fully ready to weld aluminum without the need for additional accessories.
